ABC olive oil
The "Nocellara del Belice" is a D.O.P. which has a spheroidal shape, with a wide and rounded base, of medium-large size, weighing between 5 and 7 g, with firm and crunchy pulp and with an oil yield of around 17%, of excellent quality both from an organoleptic and a chemical point of view.
Following the milling, it gives an extra virgin olive oil with unique organoleptic characteristics: intense green color, fruity flavor with bitter-spicy notes, hints of tomato and artichoke and excellent fragrance and freshness.
