Pate
Our pate are exclusively made with olives flesh of the "Nocellara del Belice" variety, and sprinkled with EVO oil of the same strain.
The stone-fruits are separated from the core and minced to obtain a delicate olive paste.
The pates are available in three variants:
- Green olive pate: lightly flavored with pepper and garlic, it presents a delicate and mild taste, perfect to be served as an appetizer.
- Seasoned olive pate: a mix of parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar and chili pepper, ideal for cubes of bread and generally for appetizers.
- Black olives pate: strong to the taste, it's perfect to be served as an appetizer.
