Typical products
Our pate are exclusively made with olives flesh of the "Nocellara del Belice" variety, and sprinkled with EVO oil of the same strain.
The stone-fruits are separated from the core and minced to obtain a delicate olive paste.
The pates are available in three variants:
Green olive pate: lightly flavored with pepper and garlic, it presents a delicate and mild taste, perfect to be served as an appetizer.
Seasoned olive pate: a mix of parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar and chili pepper, ideal for cubes of bread and generally for appetizers.
Black olives pate: strong to the taste, it's perfect to be served as an appetizer.

The long drying allows an extraordinary seal in cooking, while the bronze drawing gives an excellent porosity able to retain the condiments of all your first courses.
